To assist regulatory authorities, auditors, clients, and other stakeholders, GEL offers a Report and Certificate Verification facility to confirm the authenticity of documents issued by our organization.

This verification service can be used to confirm the authenticity of Laboratory Test Reports
and Waste Management Certificates.

If you wish to verify any document issued by GEL, please submit your request through the form below. In order to process verification requests, the requester’s contact details including name, email address, and phone number are mandatory.

You may also upload a copy or snapshot of the report or certificate to help our team review the request efficiently.

For reasons of client confidentiality and data protection, GEL will only confirm limited information during the verification process. The information that may be confirmed includes:

• – Whether the report or certificate number is valid and issued by GEL
• – Name of the client / organization mentioned on the document
• – Type of report or certificate
• – Date of sampling, analysis, or waste treatment

Please note that analytical results, waste quantities, or other detailed contents of the report or certificate will not be disclosed without authorization from the original client.
